A: Traditionally, a lightweight walker rollator would have been anything under 8 kgs. That's mainly because the classic tubular walker that was pretty much your only option years back was nearly always over the 8 kg mark. But in the last decade smart characters in the design teams of byACRE changed the game with the byACRE Ultralight, at only 4.8 kgs it was a welcome lifesaver that people took with both hands and ran with! Using carbon fibre and other lighter materials, they helped bring users a new level of independence. And they made it look good too! Other brands were close behind, looking after their customers with great designs of their won and now we have a magnificent selection to choose from. A: Each of these walkers come in different sizes so the weight of a Regular size will be ever so slightly lighter than the same model in a Wide size. To make it easy as a guide, here's the walkers in the Regular size:
