Shipping time
We will process your order within 1-2 business days after receiving it. Once it has left our warehouse, delivery can take up to 10 working days depending on where you are in Australia.
Estimates:
- Sydney and Brisbane are usually 1-2 business days.
- Melbourne is 2-3 business days.
- Adelaide 3-4 business days.
- Northern Queensland 5-7 business days.
- WA 5-7 business days.
- Tasmania 5-7 business days.
- NT 5-7 business days.
These timeframes are estimates and may depend on any congestion in the network or industrial action.
Tracking your delivery
Once your order has been dispatched from our distribution centre we or the courier will send you another email with a tracking number and contact details for our courier company, so you can track your parcel's progress. We generally send with TNT.
Delivery cost
The cost of shipping depends on where the item will be delivered. The cost is set-out when you select your region when going through the online checkout.
