The Rollz Electric closes smoothly with a scissor-folding action, making it easier to grip and lift into the boot of your car. (The weight comes in at 19.6kg without the wheelchair package, footrest and battery removed, so keep that in mind if you'll be lifting it a lot).
Joystick
Bank robber? Your getaway is sorted. Your independence thrives thanks to the Rollz Electric's self-drive joystick control. Free solo ventures await - go for it!
WALK TALL WITH BETTER HANDLES
The inverted height-adjustable handles help you to stand upright and closer to the frame, encouraging great posture - you won’t need to lean forward or be hunched when pushing the walker. While joint pain can be an issue when using the traditional rear-facing handles found on most other rollators, the Rollz handles means you steer the walker with the palm of your hand without straining your fingers, wrists or hand joints. And when you turn it into wheelchair mode, the handles simply turn around 180 degrees.
Rollz Motion FAQs
A: The Rollz Motion Electric is a 3-in-1 rollator walker, transport chair and electric wheelchair. As a rollator, it provides support for steady walking and can easily be converted into a transport chair/electric wheelchair by attaching the wheelchair package. Electric wheelchair mode offers two driving options: assisted push (automated pushing help) or joystick control (for independent driving).
This video demonstrates the versatility of the Rollz Motion Electric.
A: Yes absolutely. The Rollz Motion Electric has been independently tested and certified by internationally recognised testing bodies to meet ISO 11199-2 (rollator/walker); EN 12183 (manual wheelchair); and EN 12184 (power wheelchair). These tests and standards have been reviewed by Australasia’s leading testing body, NovitaTech. After a thorough review of the test reports, NovitaTech has confirmed that the Rollz Motion Electric meets all three Australian and NZ standards for walker, manual wheelchairs and electric wheelchairs. We don't want to boast, but most other combo walker/wheelchairs do not meet all the standards (we don't know of any others that do to be honest!) With that in mind, if you are looking at other models, check that it meets these walker AND wheelchair standards.
A: The Rollz Motion Electric has a maximum weight capacity of 100 kgs. It is not safe to have more than one person sitting on the seat and Rollz International cannot guarantee safety in such a situation.
A: The Rollz Electric only comes in the Regular Rollz size with a 55cm seat height. It takes someone up to 100kg though at the upper end you will need to check if the seat width of 45cm is ok. There is no bariatric version.
A: Yes, the handles on the Rollz Motion Electric height adjustable with a range of 88-99cm.
A: The inverted handles ensure that you stand a lot closer to the frame and also stand tall.
The inverted handles also means there is less strain on your wrists. Instead of steering with your wrists like you would with traditional walkers, the inverted handles means you steer more with the palms of your hand with less strain.
Having inverted handled means you won't need to lean forward or be hunched when pushing the walker.
There's an older video here showing this (the Rollz Motion in the video is in one of the older colours) but the concept still remains the same.
A: Yes, the Rollz Motion Electric still has a seat when the wheelchair package is removed.

A: The good news is the wheelchair package and the battery is easy to remove, making it a bit lighter to lift and easy to fold.

The good news is that Rollz have designed it in a way that it folds in a way to grip it and lift more easily, which is by pivoting the folded chair on its rear wheel and then gripping it the long flat side of the the frame.
The Rollz Motion Electric has a driving range of approximately 15km on a fully charged battery, but this range may vary depending on factors such as user weight, terrain type and driving behaviour.
